“For most of us, the great danger is not that we will renounce our faith. It is that we will become so distracted and rushed and preoccupied that we will settle for a mediocre version of it. We will just skim our lives instead of actually living them” John Ortberg
Where does that leave you and me?
It probably leaves us changing our church. Cutting through the junk of who we are and where we’re going. Tearing away the parts that don’t work and replacing them with an authenticity and power than do. We must learn to live less out of habit and more out of intention. Radical change outside the church demands radical change inside the church.
From the Movie "Braveheart"
Yes you will live, at least for a while...
“but dying in your beds many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance, just one chance to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take our (faith)!!!”
